Hey. today i woke up early, too early for a saturday, i had public speaking course in school thats why.haha, the course was fun we learnt about english speaking, the tone of our voice and the appearence to other people when we're speaking to them (:
i think speaking skills are important, cause next time when we go for job interviews we'll need that! ha. we played a game call the HOT sit, where we had to speak continuously for 1 minute, there's a timer, and the participant. we cannot stop and start to say err. ah. eh. oh. ya..only siewyee and peiqi got through, me(7sec) hafiz(2sec!!!) and sean(19sec) all got the sticker (people who didn't pass the task) . lols damn funny, actually i believed i can do it la..just that i mixed up plaza and lot1 -.-" im dumb i know
ya..then there's the commercial thing, where we'll have to immitate a tv commercial and play it out again, i think the SLs did a great job, they're all super ceative, my grp did the mcpepper drumlets one, you know..the people rising their hands one by one. haha..its funny, i love that part..
then we had some lecture sessions in order to prepare a proper speech later in the afternoon. yapyap..oh and we learn how to pronounce "th" and "zh" and A E I O U. haha..that's to improve our tongue movement (sounds wrong tho). but it's fun. after lunch we started preparing for the speech, mine was on discovery of a new species of frog. haha..some people were really funny. haha.yes!! :D they have to video every single one of us, and there's like alot of people 72!! can you believe how longgg we waited?? we ended at 4 instead of 2.30. after that me siew peiqi hafiz dexter and weiquan when to westmall to eat, and then go see the place for the bbq pits.after awhile we went home.me and hafiz talked about the past and its funny. haha. i love him! im gonna marry him one day!!! i really do :)
